"The nameless woman character in question represented an early story idea for the television series, wherein two government agents (akin to The X-Files) would be investigating Monarch Solutions and encountering humans with supernatural powers." In fact, they started that narrative in the Quantum Break pilot. There's absolutely no doubt that Quantum Break is linked to the RCU in some way, Remedy added many mentions of AWEs in it, this can't be an accident because the first reference to "AWE" was seen in 2012 in "ThisHouseofDreams", so they were planning that narrative well ahead of Quantum Break release. This is a direct reference to Ordinary, both seen in Thishouseofdreams AND Control. "Massive power outage in the town of Ordinary, Maine.". You probably read my other threads about it How could someone now still deny it after all these direct hints, i don't know honestly, you tell me. They even added this easter egg last year just to confirm it yet again.
